Availability Of Orders:
Our online stock is also available instore in our shop in Fitzroy, New Plymouth. It is possible (we think it's as likely as getting hit by lightning) and very unlucky that a customer instore may purchase, at the same time, the same shoe that you have purchased online. Please understand that customers instore will have priority to purchase, and if there is any order that is unable to be fulfilled online, we whole heartedly apologize for the inconvenience!
Pricing:
We always try to ensure our pricing is accurate, however in the event of an administration error, we reserve the right to cancel any such orders for which pricing was wrong or inaccurate without further notice to the customer and refund these payments promptly. We will do our best to contact you and explain any issues which may arise.
Cancellation Of Orders:
In the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order. We also reserve the right to cancel any such orders for which pricing or description of goods is wrong or inaccurate without further notice and refund these payments promptly to the customer.
